Depth psychology

Definition.

Depth psychology is the psychology of the unconscious psyche, pertaining to dreams, unconscious motivations, and imagination. Sometimes called Analytical Psychology, Complex Psychology or Dynamic Psychiatry, its seminal figures are generally understood to be Sigmund Freud, Carl Jung and Alfred Adler.
